03The story

It started in a lockdown kitchen.

In 2020, Rishika stepped out of her comfort zone and started baking for neighbours under the name Delicious Monster. Word travelled. Festive menus followed, then wedding orders, then a rebrand from scratch.

Today The Stunning Spatula is still a one-kitchen bakery in Malviya Nagar. That's the point. Small batches mean every order is tasted, checked and packed by the person who made it.

01How far ahead should I order?

Boxes and jars usually need 2 to 3 days. Festive hampers are best booked 2 to 3 weeks before Diwali or Christmas, and corporate batches a month ahead. Message with your date and we'll confirm what's possible.

02Do you deliver across Delhi?

Yes. Malviya Nagar pickup is free. Delivery covers South Delhi first, then the rest of Delhi NCR including Gurugram and Noida, charged by distance and confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. See the full list of areas.

03Can you make eggless?

Most bakes can be made eggless, including tea cakes, brownies and biscotti. Ask when you order and we'll tell you honestly which ones travel best that way.

04What about allergens?

Our kitchen uses nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. Tell us about any allergy before ordering and we'll say clearly whether a bake is safe for you.

05How should I store the bakes?

Brownies, blondies, biscotti and tea cakes keep 3 to 4 days in an airtight box. Rasmalai tres leches and dessert jars stay chilled and are best within 2 days.

06How do I pay?

UPI or bank transfer once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. Larger orders are confirmed with an advance.

07Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Share the headcount, budget and date and we'll plan batches, packaging, inserts and delivery slots with you. Branded cards and boxes are available for corporate gifting.
