Fudge brownies and blondies, by the box, across South Delhi
Dense, glossy-topped brownies and butterscotch blondies, baked the day you need them and labelled by hand. The box that gets opened before lunch.
A good brownie is mostly about restraint: real chocolate, enough butter, not too much flour, and pulling it from the oven a minute early. Ours are fudgy through the middle with a paper-thin crackle on top. Blondies are the brown-sugar cousin, with a butterscotch depth and a chewier bite.
Boxes are baked to order in Malviya Nagar. Mixed boxes of brownies and blondies are the most popular for offices and house parties, and they hold well for three to four days in an airtight tin, which makes them the easiest thing on our menu to send across the city.

01Do you make eggless brownies?
Yes. Most of our brownies and blondies can be made eggless. Tell us when you order and we bake that batch without eggs.
02Can I order brownies in bulk for an office or party?
Yes. Share the headcount and date on WhatsApp and we plan the batches, boxes and delivery slot with you.
03How long do the brownies keep?
Three to four days in an airtight box at room temperature. They also freeze well for up to a month.
